Concept - We translate your vision, lifestyle and priorities into an architectural concept shaped specifically for the site. Floor plans, exterior design, materials and finishes are developed and refined, with renderings and 3D models used where appropriate to bring the design to life.

Planning & Budget - As the design develops, we establish detailed cost estimates and construction schedules, allowing design decisions, budget and buildability to evolve together. This integrated approach provides greater clarity throughout the process and helps keep the project aligned from design through construction.

Drawings - Once the design is refined, detailed architectural, construction and engineering drawings are developed to bring the project from concept into a fully coordinated, buildable design

Permits - We coordinate the submission and permitting process, drawing on our local experience to navigate requirements and approvals efficiently. During this stage, final project details are confirmed in preparation for construction.

Construction - With design, planning and approvals complete, construction begins under the direction of our experienced team.
